Coal Washing Jig Machine Principle
Coal Washing Jig Machine utilizes the specific gravity difference between ore and gangue for separation. Mineral particles of different densities exhibit distinct settling velocities in a vertical pulsating water flow. Higher-density minerals settle faster, accumulating in the lower layer of the jigging chamber, while lower-density minerals settle slower, concentrating in the upper layer. Separation by density is achieved by discharging distinct mineral layers through specialized discharge weirs.

1. How to choose the appropriate product model?
In order to recommend the most suitable model, please provide us with information about the material, including its composition, size, processing capacity (per hour), and expected separation results.
2. How long is the production cycle of the equipment?
Different products have different production cycles, about 15-40 days.
3. How long is the warranty period of the equipment?
The warranty period is 1 year, calculated from the date the equipment arrives at the buyer's site. Consumables, vulnerable parts, and damage caused by improper operation are not covered by the warranty.
4. Which payment terms are available to us?
We accept T/T terms or L/C terms. A 50% down payment is required in advance, and the 50% balance shall be settled before shipment. Under L/C terms, a 100% irrevocable L/C without 'soft clauses' can be accepted.
5. Does it support a test machine with incoming materials?
Yes, of course. You can bring the materials to the factory for testing in person, or you can mail the materials. We will test the materials according to your needs and provide you with the data information and on-site video after testing.
6. Does it support inspection before shipment?
Yes, it is possible. You can come to the factory for inspection or have a third-party inspection.
