Gravel Screening Drum Application
The trommel screen classifies materials by particle size, widely used in industries such as power generation, mining, and building materials. In quarries, it grades gravel sizes and separates soil/stone powder; in sand/gravel plants, it segregates sand and stones; in the coal industry, it separates lump coal from fines and aids in coal washing; in mineral processing, it classifies ore sizes and removes powdered materials.

1. How to choose the appropriate product model?
In order to recommend the most suitable model, please provide us with information about the material, including its composition, size, processing capacity (per hour), and expected separation results.
2. How long is the production cycle of the equipment?
Different products have different production cycles, about 15-40 days.
3. How long is the warranty period of the equipment?
The warranty period is 1 year, calculated from the date the equipment arrives at the buyer's site. Consumables, vulnerable parts, and damage caused by improper operation are not covered by the warranty.
4. Which payment terms are available to us?
We accept T/T terms or L/C terms. A 50% down payment is required in advance, and the 50% balance shall be settled before shipment. Under L/C terms, a 100% irrevocable L/C without 'soft clauses' can be accepted.
5. Does it support a test machine with incoming materials?
Yes, of course. You can bring the materials to the factory for testing in person, or you can mail the materials. We will test the materials according to your needs and provide you with the data information and on-site video after testing.
6. Does it support inspection before shipment?
Yes, it is possible. You can come to the factory for inspection or have a third-party inspection.
